Should Christian Organizations Align Themselves with Political Agendas?

I just finished watching the NOW show on what's going on in post-abortion healing and politics. I won't tell you my thoughts just yet.... I want to know what you think.

Are we helping our cause (of helping families recover from post-abortion trauma) by working in the political arena to overturn Roe v. Wade?
