Training for Churches, PRC’s & Other Pro-Life Organizations*

The staff of In Our Midst Ministries is available to train those in your organization in the area of reaching out to the abortion-wounded individuals in your midst. This training is recommended to anyone who is in contact with possible post-abortion Christians including but not limited to pastors, church staff and volunteer leaders, elder boards, altar and prayer ministry teams, Celebrate Recovery leaders and volunteers, etc.

Training includes the following information:

• Understanding who has abortions and why
• Understanding how abortion affects those touched by it
• Studies and statistics showing the need for post-abortion ministry within Christian organizations
• Identifying the “presenting symptoms” of the past trauma of abortion
• Identifying ways to effectively reach out to those suffering silently in your midst that build trust and promote healing in Christ
• Taking the fear out of talking to the post-abortion person

This training can be conducted in a 3 – 4 hour time frame, according to your schedule and needs.

Also included in the training:

• Personalized promotional materials such as bulletin inserts, brochures, etc. for use in your organization
• Ongoing consultations with In Our Midst staff
• Two complimentary copies of Secret Sin: When God’s People Choose Abortion
• An A.R.M. (Abortion Recovery Ministry) starter packet
